The main objective is the signing of the Operational MoU, a key step in the establishment of the Underwater Centre of Excellence (COE). The conference also provides opportunities for bilateral and multilateral meetings, enabling discussions on financial, technical, and personnel contributions to support the successful development and long-term sustainability of the COE.
